After verifying the applicant, an engineer will clarify the device model, assess the symptoms of the malfunction, and provide shipping instructions.
You send the device via Nova Poshta using the details provided by the manager or through our driver (we do not accept in-person drop-offs at the service center).
We carry out a rapid diagnostic assessment within 1 business day, evaluating the condition of the electronics, power system, and mechanical components.
We inform you of the exact nature of the malfunction, the required replacement parts, and the estimated repair time.
We perform repairs, calibration, and configuration. We test the device on test stands and in field conditions as close to combat use as possible.
We send the device back along with a certificate of work performed and a service warranty.
